Kevin Pritchard

President of Basketball Operations


Pritchard, a six-year NBA player, has worked in an NBA front office since 2004 when he was the director of player personnel for the Portland Trail Blazers. In 2007, he was promoted to General Manager. Pritchard is entering his sixth season as GM of the Pacers and now serves as President of Basketball Operations.
Pritchard is the co-founder of the Global Sports Summit, a consortium of owners and leaders from all major sports leagues from around the world. Pritchard is also the bestselling author of the book “Help the Helper; Building a Culture of Extreme Teamwork.”

Ryan McDonough

General Manager


McDonough was named general manager of the Phoenix Suns in 2013 after 10 years with the Boston Celtics. He joined the Celtics front office in 2003 as a 23-year-old special assistant to basketball operations, rapidly moving up the team’s ranks with increased responsibility at each stop, always with an emphasis in talent evaluation. He spent four seasons as a special assistant, a role that included a great deal of video scouting work (2003-07), one season as director of amateur scouting (2007-08), one season as director of international scouting (2008-09), and two seasons as director of player personnel (2008-10) before his promotion to assistant general manager in Sept. 2010.

Tony Ronzone

Dallas Mavericks


Ronzone is currently the Player Personnel Director for the Dallas Mavericks. From 2008-2013, he was the Director of Scouting  for the USA Basketball Olympic Team. In 2012 he became an Olympic Gold Medalist when the USA Basketball team won the Olympics game. He worked with the Minnesota Timberwolves as their Assistant GM/Player Personnel from 2010-2011.  From 2005-2010 he was the Director of Basketball Operations for Detroit Pistons. While he was the Director of International Scouting for the Pistons (2001-2005) he became an NBA Champion (2004).

Wes Wilcox

Atlanta Hawks


Wilcox most recently served as the General Manager of the Atlanta Hawks. He came to the Hawks from the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he was the Director of Player Personnel, as well as serving as General Manager of the Cavs’ NBA Development League team, the Canton Charge. He joined the Cavaliers in 2003, and held the roles of advance scout, college scout and pro personnel scout.

Wilcox got his NBA start in 2001-02 as an intern with the Miami Heat in their scouting/video department, before moving to New Orleans as the Hornets’ video coordinator in 2002-03.

Pete Philo

14 Yr NBA Scout


Known in the industry as one of the world’s best talent evaluators, Pete Philo was revolutionary in his fundamental ideas and beliefs in the international “pre-draft” style Eurocamp for nine consecutive years. In those nine years he helped over 82 players enhance their global reputation in front of NBA scouts and General Managers, which enabled them to be selected in the NBA draft. Pete also served as a scout for three different NBA franchises for the previous fourteen seasons (Indiana Pacers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Dallas Mavericks). In addition, Pete most recently was the Director of International Scouting for the Indiana Pacers.
