Doug is the Founder and President of The Neustadt Group, and ultimately responsible for overseeing the careers of the company’s clients. After working for over 8 years in the Basketball Division at Octagon Athlete Marketing, Doug formed his own boutique firm in July of 2005. Doug carefully hired a support team to assist him with the representation of his clients and expansion of the company. Doug, originally from Cleveland and Pittsburgh, graduated with a B.S. from the Ohio State University in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996.
Herb has negotiated hundreds of contracts for NFL, NBA and other professional clients for over 30 years. An attorney, Herb graduated from Duke University and later received his law degree from Northwestern University.
During two weeks in 1999, Herb negotiated a seven-year $71 million contract extension for Zydrunas Ilgauskas of the Cleveland Cavaliers, a six-year $35 million contract for Jason Caffey of the Golden State Warriors and a three-year $30.4 million deal for Arvydas Sabonis of the Portland Trailblazers.
Fran Fraschilla joined ESPN as a college basketball game and studio analyst in 2003. He serves as an analyst primarily on Big 12 men’s basketball games, is a staple on ESPN’s coverage of the NIT and a regular on ESPN and ESPNU studio shows.
Fraschilla also provides commentary for the NBA Draft, the FIBA Basketball World Cup and has covered the NBA and high schools basketball.

Ian Greengross has been helping athletes as an agent for over 17 years. Greengross was one of only 7 agents with a first round pick each of the between 2006-2008: 2008 4th pick, Darren McFadden; 2007 10th pick, Amobi Okoye; 2006 30th pick, Joseph Addai. He currently represents many other NFL players, which include: Brandon Fields, P with the Miami Dolphins; John Denney, Pro Bowl LS with the Miami Dolphins; and Knile Davis, RB with Kansas City Chiefs. Ramasar restarted his own company, Los Angeles-based Life Sports Management in September of 2013. Life Sports Management was a firm that Ramasar had owned before joining BDA Sports in 2008, where he represented former NBA All-Star point guard Baron Davis.
Ramasar worked in athlete recruiting and contracts for BDA Sports Management, following years of talent acquisition, basketball operations, contract negotiations, pre-draft training, skill development and endorsements for Life Sports Management. Ramasar has secured deals for his clients with Reebok, Vitamin Water, Jenny Craig and EA Sports.

Known in the industry as one of the world’s best talent evaluators, Pete Philo was revolutionary in his fundamental ideas and beliefs in the international “pre-draft” style Eurocamp for nine consecutive years. In those nine years he helped over 60 players enhance their global reputation in front of NBA scouts and General Managers, which enabled them to be selected in the NBA draft.
Pete was not only instrumental in the establishment of a global “pre-draft” camp, but has also served as a “trained eye” and scout for three different NBA franchises for the previous fourteen seasons (Indiana Pacers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Dallas Mavericks). Pete was Director of Scouting for Team China from 2010-2012 including the London Olympics, General Manager of Team Scandinavia in the 2003 Global Games, Dallas, Texas and has traveled to over 70 different countries scouting and evaluating basketball talent. In addition, Pete last served as the Director of International Scouting for the Indiana Pacers. Pete played professionally from 1996-2001 in 7 different countries.
